Just imagine: You have a great product, you are an expert in your field, you know how to market it and now you are faced with the question: How do I ship my goods without damaging them? Good advice is expensive!

On the recommendation of a business partner, Janina Hänsel, Managing Director of Hanfhütte, heard about [BOXXCO] for the first time.

At that time, her online shop for high-quality hemp products was under construction. A large number of different goodies such as beef hemp salami, hemp liqueur, hemp coffee, roasted hemp cashews, hemp seed oil, hemp syrup, and many more needed a shipping package. But EB-Welle, FEFCO and testliner papers were new territory for them.

Together to the goal

Together with Sales Manager Marcel, the first rough decisions were made: what was needed, which packaging variants, which quantities, what was the time frame, which target group did they want to address?

For the subsequent customer meeting on site in Königsbrück, many practical examples and samples were available.

The consultation took place in 3 steps: presentation of our standard products (FEFCO 0201), continuing to the folding cardboard box (FEFCO 0427) up to the comfort solution of an automatic bottom box (FEFCO 0713) incl. printing. All advantages and disadvantages of the individual packaging solutions were shown and suitable accessories were recommended. The possibility of an own Advent calendar and gift baskets was also discussed.

Implementation in practice

Just in time for the go-live of the Hanfhütte webshop in November, all the necessary cardboard boxes were in the warehouse, the appropriate padding material was ready and gift boxes were filled.
