Individualisation is very popular. This is not only due to the wonderful possibilities of modern printing technology, but also to the high advertising effect of printed cardboard. Cardboard printing: How does it work?

Ordering printed cardboard boxes from us is absolutely simple: just select the printable boxes that suit you, click on them and enter the size and order quantity. Send us the print data by e-mail. We accept several file formats, the colour mode is the usual CMYK and the resolution is at least 300 dpi. We can process these file formats:

What do I have to consider when printing on cardboard?

Here are a few tips on what you should bear in mind when printing on cardboard boxes. If you want to have shipping cartons printed by us, you will receive a 4-colour print, either partial (up to 30 percent ink coverage) or full-surface. In the latter case, we first have to check the feasibility internally, which is done on the basis of your print motif.

For example, we can print on two adjacent surfaces (one long and one short side) or on two opposite surfaces (one long side and the other long side). We can also decorate all four side surfaces with a motif.

For boxes with printing, BOXXCO uses an environmentally friendly water-based ink that contains no chemical fixatives. Our preferred process is cost-effective digital printing, which reliably produces high-quality results.

Remember that a plain logo print is particularly suitable for printing on a cardboard box. Keep motifs and lettering as simple as possible, this catches the eye boldly and doesn't look cluttered. This way, your brand will be positively imprinted in the memory, simply by printing on a cardboard box.

Please also note that printing in white or in special colours such as gold and silver is not possible. We will position your print motif in proportion to the carton size in the centre, unless you tell us otherwise. At your direct request, we will move the print closer to the edge you desire.
