This quote has accompanied me since the takeover of derkarton.net by Michael Arndt e.K. in 2016 and gave me the courage and strength to walk this exciting path.
I started "small" and gradually gathered a great team around me. With a lot of hard work, ambition, perseverance, and solidarity, we were able to achieve great successes and develop further professionally, personally, and collegially.
After almost 4 years, the moment came when groundbreaking decisions had to be made, as with the rapidly growing team, we were bursting at the seams in the then-existing premises. It was the right time to think bigger!
Said and done: The challenge, "construction of our own business building with warehouse," could be started. It was a great challenge, and for a long time, plans were made, discussed, discarded, reconceived, hair was torn out, and visions were created. Ultimately, the dream of our own premises could be realized.
In February 2021, the time had come. Our new office was occupied. With joy, energy, and new freshness, we could start in the modern walls. Yet something was missing. The new exciting path needed a holistic UPGRADE.
Of course, we feel connected to the old guise, but growth requires change. To be able to start internationally, it was important to completely reappear and say goodbye to all that was past.
With a laughing but also a crying eye, I, Michael Arndt, and my great team bid farewell to derkarton.net on March 31, 2021, and happily and proudly welcome our new company "BOXXCO GmbH & Co. KG."
We are pleased that our webshop shines in new splendor and is even more user-friendly. With our own warehouse, we are optimizing our shipping processes step by step to work even more service-oriented. In the future, we also want to offer our portfolio of shipping and packaging products as well as expertise beyond national borders.
