Mastermind meeting at [BOXXCO].

Slowly the excitement subsides, the normal BOXXCO everyday life returns to our premises.

The 2 days in which the mastermind group of our CEO Micha had announced itself were something special for us, after all, you allow internationally successful managers a look inside the company and show what you can do - or not yet. In the process, praise and criticism can be close together.

But what is the Mastermind Group? It consists of 7-10 entrepreneurs who have qualified through their successes or extraordinary characters to be part of the exclusive Eventus Club of the Jürgen Höller Academy in 2023. In a team of up to 120 entrepreneurs, they will be supported by Jürgen Höller and his coaching team over a period of one year to help them advance both in business and personally.

At the end of May, the second meeting of the mastermind group was held at our head office in Königsbrück, Saxony. Micha welcomed Nadine Gschwendtner, Gernot Günter, Heiko Hirtz, Matthias Wand and Stefan Bischof - a good mix of successful personalities from different sectors. The aim should be to share experiences and skills with other entrepreneurs and to profit from them. Everyone helps the others with their opinions and with the creative exchange of ideas.

After the obligatory company presentation followed by a tour, the practical work began - from the analysis of the structures at [BOXXCO] to the strategy orientation. The positive energetic spirit of the 1st mastermind meeting resonated again and the intensive time was enjoyed. In the evening, we went to the Geierswalder See lake in the best weather to end the day and to draw a positive conclusion on the following day: With the courage to set goals, to tackle challenges and to implement them, [BOXXCO] has grown rapidly. And will continue to grow, as the mixture of individual solutions for customers and the standard range also has great potential in the future.

Another positive aspect is the good atmosphere among colleagues and the pleasure we take in working with customers and suppliers. In the course of our new company building, modern and ergonomic workplaces were created, which also set an example of appreciation towards the employees.

With a mixture of pride and humility, Micha draws his personal conclusion:

"I am proud of where I come from and what I have created so far from the mixture of my own resources, knowledge and courage. I am proud and grateful to my family, to each of my co-workers who have accompanied me on my way and continue to do so, and who believe in me. I am also connected and grateful for the long-standing trust of my customers and suppliers. 

In the future, we will concentrate much more on our strengths and analyse and optimise our structures in and around the company. 

I am glad and proud to be a part in the entrepreneur network to get a new perspective personally and for the company."
