We worked with Julia for some time, almost "door to door." Her former employer had its business premises in the same industrial area as us - back then still under derkarton.net. This led to Julia always following our progress, and when the opportunity arose, she applied to join us.
For a month now, she has been filling the position in Customer Service that became available due to internal restructuring. After being introduced to all areas of customer service, she is now "exploring" all departments - from the warehouse to marketing. This experience is intended to allow problems and issues to be viewed and addressed holistically. This is particularly important in the area of complaint management.
After studying packaging technology at HTWK Leipzig, she moved into the automotive industry, where she worked for many years as a quality manager and in internal sales.
The new [BOXXCO] colleagues in the sales team are already full of praise: Friendly, sympathetic, customer-oriented, committed, attentive, and eager to learn are just some of the positive attributes they associate with Julia. And the rest of the [BOXXCO] team can't imagine that she has only been with us for such a short time. With humor and assertiveness, she has embraced the new challenges, quickly got up to speed, and integrated into the team.
